This group is specifically for young (<50) GE cancer patients and caregivers to connect and support each other, share symptom and pain management stories and any other medical or health personal advice. Many of us seem to be diagnosed in our 20s to 40s more often these days. The symptoms and treatment plans differ from our older counterparts because of our age. Therefore, we need a space where we can share our stories with relevant information to our individual cases. It is also a place for partners or family members to support one another through the journey of potentially losing our loved one so young.

The Story Behind the Seahorse Logo
When the original Facebook Page started in 2012, Michelle was searching for something that would represent the Stomachless Community. During her search of Stomachless creatures she came across the Seahorse. Symbolically Seahorses point to the importance of friendliness. Everyone needs a friend, and you can be one to others just by showing kindness, compassion, and generosity. She loved how this represented the intention behind what has now evolved into an amazing community.
Occasionally we will send you some helpful insights, tips, trends and ideas straight to your inbox. You may unsubscribe at anytime.
